As PADI instructors we share our passion and knowledge with our students every day. Those instructors who want to take their teaching a step further and help create the next generation of instructors are ready for the IDC Staff Instructor course. In this program you will work along side our Course Director while you learn how to present the PADI Instructor Development Course. You will audit an entire IDC; help evaluate pool, open water, and classroom presentations; and learn how to mentor IDC candidates. You will qualify to independently run Assistant Instructor courses, and become a valuable asset to PADI Instructor Development centres around the world.
In order to enrol in the PADI IDC Staff Instructor course you must be an active status PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer.
