SSI Try Scuba Diving
Course Duration: 1 Day
Minimum Age: 8 Years
The SSI Try Scuba Diving course is a beginner-level program offered by Scuba Schools International (SSI). It is designed for individuals who want to learn how to scuba dive but may have limited time or may not be ready to commit to the full Open Water Diver certification.
How does the Try Scuba Diving Course look like
During your Try Scuba Diving course you’ll learn the basic principles of scuba diving, including dive physics, physiology, equipment, and safety procedures. SSI provides learning materials like manuals and online modules to study at your own pace.
In a controlled environment, such as a pool or confined water area, you’ll practice essential scuba skills. This includes learning how to use scuba equipment, proper breathing techniques, underwater communication, and safety procedures.
Theory and confined water exercise usually last around 4 hours and need to be completed before you jump into underwater world.
The Try Scuba program is a quick and easy introduction to the world of scuba diving.
It is perfect for anyone who is interested in the underwater world, and can be completed in a very short time.
After you finish your Try Scuba experience, you will earn the FREE SSI Try Scuba recognition card, which will be available on your MySSI app.
You can also credit your Try Scuba experience toward the Basic Diver program.
Palm Beach Divers organizes Scuba Diver Course every day.
